Returns & Cancellation
At Orfa Dates, we guarantee that all our products will arrive at your specified shipping address in perfect condition. However, if you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your order upon delivery, please get in touch with us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your order. To initiate a replacement or exchange claim, please provide us with a detailed description and photograph(s) to support your request. It is important to note that requests submitted without the necessary supporting documents will not be eligible for re-shipment. Kindly understand that Orfa Dates retains the right to impose limitations on replacements due to the perishable nature of our products.
Orfa Dates bears no responsibility for deliveries that have not been completed in the following instances:
- The information provided includes an inaccurate or obsolete address.
- The person you are trying to reach is currently not accessible.
- The package will be returned to the sender if an amended or new delivery address is not provided within 24 hours of the initial delivery attempt.
Any orders that are returned or redirected due to inaccurate addresses will be subject to supplementary fees based on the courier in the destination country.
Replacements Refunds
Replacement requests should be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order by reaching out to our customer service team at [email protected]. After approval, the replacement item(s) will be dispatched within 2-5 business days. If a replacement is not feasible, a refund will be processed using the initial payment method. Please allow 10 to 30 working days for the refund to appear in your account. To qualify for a replacement or refund, at least one of the specified conditions must be met.
- Damage occurred to the product during the delivery process.
- The item is faulty or expired.
- The product that was shipped was incorrect.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Cancellation
- An order cancellation request will be accepted only if we have not yet shipped the product.
- If a cancellation request is accepted, you are entitled to get a refund of the entire amount.
- orfadates reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order placed for various reasons, including but not limited to the non-availability of stock, pricing errors, informational errors or problems identified with the personal/financial details provided by the customer.
